Lesson 27, How to recite Surat Al-Falaq with Rules,
Tajweed guide book 1

Most of the rules in Surat al-Falaq  was explained in the previous lessons such as : The rules of Noon Saakin or Tanween, the Qalqalah rules .
The new rules in this lesson : The Rules of preventing two Sakins from meeting مَنْع إِلْتِقَاء السَّاكِنِين

This is case no. 1 : if the first Sakin is Madd
if a word ending with a Madd letter precedes a word which starts with a Sukoon, the Madd letter is dropped so as to avoid/prevent two Saakins from meeting; this of course only applies when continuing recitation. Here, it is important to note that Madd letters in the Arabic language do not have a diacritic. They are considered to be Saakin,
Note : I did this Sourah long time ago ,but this one updated with more details
