The Izhar Halqi

The Izhar Halqi

When the noon saakin or tanween is followed by any of the Huroof Halaqee, meaning the six letters that are pronounced from the throat, Izhar will take place.
Izhar means to pronounce the “N”or" ن " sound of the noon saakin or tanween WITHOUT stretching it.

the noon is then said clearly and we apply the Izhar Halki rule without Ghunnah
The huroof halaqi are:

ء , هـ , ع , ح , غ , خ

Note: - Tanween only occurs at the end of nouns
whereas Noon Saakinah may occur anywhere in a word

(in the middle or at the End).
